01 / The order flow

From “anna, order…”
to ready for review.

Designed around the way buyers already order.
No new app for them to learn.

01

Send it naturally.

A text, voice note or photo of a handwritten list. In Tamil, Tanglish or English, on the wholesaler’s own WhatsApp number.

02

Make it an order.

Janalo is being built to match requests to your catalogue. A pricing engine applies approved buyer-specific rates, with clarification for unclear items.

03

Confirm with confidence.

The buyer checks products, quantities and their own rates on an order card, then confirms. A clear checkpoint before fulfilment.

02 / Control where it matters

AI understands the words.
Your rules decide
the price.

Wholesale pricing is a business decision. Janalo’s approach keeps it in code, using your approved rates—not an AI-generated answer.

THE PRICING PRINCIPLE
01

You approve the catalogue.

Products, variants and price rules come from your business.

02

Each buyer sees their own rates.

Party-wise pricing is part of the design, not a shared public price list.

03

Unclear means “ask”.

Clarification comes before confirmation. No invented products or guessed prices.

03 / Built for wholesale

Your business isn’t generic.
Your order desk shouldn’t be.

Starting where we know the trade:
Tiruppur, Palladam and Coimbatore.

Our first focus

Garments & textiles

Size-ratio sets. Buyer-wise rates. Minimum quantities. We’re building around the details that make wholesale different from retail.

Built to grow with the trade.

Hardware, electrical and auto parts are next on our roadmap, followed by pharma with industry-specific needs such as batch and expiry.

04 / Building with the trade

Your catalogue.
Your way of working.
Our starting point.

Janalo is in development. We’re talking with wholesalers to understand real order flows and build a product that fits the business.

A few good questions

Clarity,
before commitment.

Do buyers need another app?

The intended workflow stays on WhatsApp. Buyers send messages to your business number and review an order card there.

Can AI change my prices?

No. The product is designed so a pricing engine written in code applies your approved catalogue and buyer-specific rules. AI interprets the request; it does not invent prices.

Is the full product available today?

Janalo is in development. We’re inviting conversations with wholesalers about their order workflows. The illustrations show the intended experience; they are not live product screens.

Where will customer payments go?

The planned payment integration sends settlement to the client’s own Razorpay or Cashfree account. Supported integrations and availability will be confirmed before these features are made available.

Will it connect to Tally?

Tally is a workflow requirement we want to understand with wholesalers. We do not currently promise a live Tally integration; tell us what your accounting process needs.
